As
a full time research scientist, Dr. Ward has spent 40 years studying
the biochemistry of luminescence in jellyfish and ctenophores,
from the Florida gulf coast to the Puget Sound in northern Washington
State. He is an acclaimed world expert in bioluminescence with
special emphasis on green-fluorescent protein (GFP). Dr. Ward
is a noted teacher and seminar leader with more than 20 years
of experience with adult professional audiences. He has just co-authored
